Angela studied in private tutelage under the late James Baker Hall at the close of the 1990s. She learned on film, in the darkroom, the physical properties that photography required to do the emotional soul work that had inspired her mentor so deeply and now inspires her.

Post 2 of Teeny Tiny Day. So good so see some our our former wedding and portrait clients returning with their new babies!

We’re doing another Teeny Tiny Session Day on Saturday, March 20th in Lexington!! Each session is 15 minutes long & you will receive a FREE 5×7 print, digital image OR $25 AAP credit! The cost is only $100 per session! We MUST have 16 sessions booked to hold the event. If we get 25 bookings, everyone will receive an additional $25 credit! Contact bliss@studioaap.com to book your session! The deadline to book is March 18th.

Here is the first post of Teeny Tiny Day where I photographed 15 minute sesssions. The first two families purchased two sessions each to have a little more time. As you can see we had a lot of fun!

A few weeks ago I did a family portrait session for my cousin and her family. Leah is three years old and at the time Julia was expecting. She has since had a baby boy and pictures will be posted in the next couple of weeks!

One of my favorites:

February 18, 2010 - 7:17 pm - AMY, these are absolutely remarkable!! I am speechless. Come to BOWLING Green sometime? lol Sooooooooooooo amazing. You are truly gifted to capture such authentic expressions on EACH person! Hope all is super great for you! Love, Pam

Angelina is my new niece! You may remember I posted a couple pictures of my sister pregnant last month and since then she has given birth to a beautiful baby girl. These photos were taken when she was four days old.

Nancy, Rich, and their three delightful bundles of joy came in to our studio in Louisville all the way from Cincinnati to get their family portraits taken. I love the fact that all of the children had their own style very different from the last and that Nancy and Rich highly encouraged them to embrace their individuality. Whether it be pink cowboy boots, a skull-adorned scarf, or even shrinky-dink earrings these kids have style! As you can see from the photo below this session rocked!

Nancy told me that she is way behind on her Harry Potter!

I took everyone downtown to The Louisville Science Center…the kids were amazed!

We are very excited to announce the details of our 1st Teeny Tiny session! On Saturday, February 20th we invite you to participate in this amazing day! The sessions are 15 minutes in length & they take place at our studio. Each session will produce 8-15 photos! We will have a few areas setup in the studio for babies, boys & girls. All ages are welcome! Please bring your child’s favorite toy, stuffed animal, game, etc, to keep them entertained and to make the pictures that much cuter!
Here’s the best part! The session fee is only $100 AND you get your choice of either one free digital image OR one free 5×7 print! If you choose to get a print, it must be picked up at the studio. Check out the AAP Newsletter for more information!
But, We MUST book at least 16 sessions in order to do this amazing event so we need your help! The deadline to sign up is February 15th! Tell your friends & family! Post a status update about it on your Facebook page & Twitter profile to spread the word! If 25 people sign up we will lower the session fee to $80!!
